A New Chapter: AF Consultancy Is Open to All Legal Immigrants in the UK
AF Consultancy reopens with an expanded mission — now serving all legal immigrants in the UK, not only the Latvian and Eastern European community. Three core service pillars: Integration & Rights Guidance, Workplace Support, and Family & Wellbeing Support, plus empowerment mentoring.
For over seven years I have walked alongside more than 3,500 people finding their feet in the UK — untangling paperwork, standing up to unfair treatment at work, and rebuilding after crisis. That work began with the Latvian and wider Eastern European community, because it is the community I know from the inside. I arrived here myself, learned the rules the hard way, and built my consultancy from that experience.
Today, I am opening AF Consultancy's doors wider. Whatever country you have come from, if you are a legal resident of the UK and you are struggling to understand your rights, your responsibilities, or simply how things work here, this consultancy is for you.
Moving to a new country means learning an entirely new rulebook — for work, housing, healthcare and family life — often while facing language barriers and, sometimes, people who take advantage of that uncertainty. I know this because I lived it. My Olympic training gave me discipline and resilience; my own hard years in the UK taught me exactly where the gaps are that leave people vulnerable.
AF Consultancy now offers three core services: Integration & Rights Guidance, Workplace Support, and Family & Wellbeing Support — alongside personal empowerment mentoring drawing on 25 years of NLP practice and my own story of rebuilding a life from nothing.
You do not need to face the UK system alone, confused, or afraid to ask questions. Over the coming weeks I will share practical guidance on the topics that matter most: benefits, work, housing, health, family and mindset.
