Mentoring Agreement

The Mentoring Programme is a structured, long-term 1-on-1 partnership with Anastasia Fox, designed to guide you through complex personal, legal or financial situations over an extended period.

The programme runs for a minimum of 12 months. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and tailored to your individual circumstances and goals.

The standard fee is £200 per month, payable monthly in advance. Alternative full-day mentoring sessions are available at £200 per day with no time limit.

Monthly payments are due on the same date each month as your original start date. Failure to maintain payments may result in the programme being paused until fees are settled.

Anastasia provides guidance, advice and support based on her professional experience and current UK regulations. She does not order, dictate or make decisions about your life on your behalf.

Anastasia will only help you make changes if you wish to make them. The direction of your mentoring is led by your own goals and willingness to act.

Your progress depends on the actions you take yourself. Anastasia can advise and guide, but the results you achieve are shaped by your own decisions, effort and follow-through.

You agree to attend scheduled sessions, engage honestly and openly, and complete any agreed actions between sessions where you wish to do so.

Mentoring sessions are arranged at mutually convenient times. Reasonable notice is expected for rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect the continuity of your program.

Sessions may be delivered by video call, phone or in person, as agreed between you and Anastasia.

As the programme is a minimum 12-month commitment, early cancellation before the 12-month term is completed is not permitted. Either party may end the agreement after the initial 12-month period by giving 30 days' written notice.

Anastasia reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in cases of abusive behaviour, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

All information shared during the mentoring program is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

The mentoring program provides guidance and support — it does not constitute legal advice or guarantee any specific outcome. Results vary from person to person and depend on the actions you take yourself.

Anastasia Fox Consultancy UK accepts no liability for decisions made or actions taken by the client based on mentoring guidance.
